Image of Justin Speers, Head Softball Coach.Justin grew up in Gresham, Oregon and attended Gresham High School. From there he attended Mt. Hood Community college where he played baseball for two years and was a second team all NWAACC outfielder. After Mt. Hood he continued his baseball career onto Lewis-Clark State College, where he played for Coach Ed Scheff, and then completed his senior year at Western Oregon under Coach Jerimiah Robbins.

In 2009, after he graduated from Western Oregon University, Justin returned back home to become the assistant baseball and the strength and conditioning coach at Mt. Hood Community College. At Mt. Hood Justin worked as an HPE instructor teaching various Health and Physical education courses. Along with being the assistant baseball coach at Mt. Hood he took over as head baseball coach of the NW Star Academy East County Knights American Legion team for four years. In 2013 Justin was named the Head Baseball Coach at Sam Barlow High school.

In September of 2014 Justin came on as an assistant to the baseball team at Walla Walla Community college where he also works as a HPER Instructor, and now in 2015, he has taken over as head softball coach for the Warriors.

He is married to Chelsie, who is the Head Volleyball Coach at WWCC. They have two children, Aiden & Braxton Speer.
